Protect Yourself from Impersonation Scams
Last Modified: April 7, 2026
At Publication with Pros, we value the trust of our authors and freelancers. Recently, we have noticed an increase in scammers pretending to be our employees to trick people into fake publishing deals, fraudulent job offers, or sharing sensitive personal information.
Official Communication Channels
All official communication will only come from our verified domain:
- Official Website: publicationwithpros.com
- Official Email: support@publicationwithpros.com
If you receive a message from any other email or platform, DO NOT click any links or share your data.
1. Publishing Fraud Alert
Scammers target aspiring authors by promising "guaranteed publication" in exchange for upfront fees.
Key Red Flags:
- Urgency: Pressure to pay "registration fees" immediately.
- Secrecy: Instructions not to contact our official support email.
- Payment Requests: Requests via Cryptocurrency or gift cards.
2. Recruitment Scams
Bad actors post fake freelance jobs on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr, pretending to be our HR team.
The Truth:
Publication with Pros never charges candidates for the opportunity to work with us. We do not use Telegram or WhatsApp for hiring.
